Soma Salon & Spa is all about you! We aim to provide you with the highest standards of service and personal care, in the most professional environment so you will return and recommend us again and again. We place high importance in our sterilization processes and procedures. We use Sterilization Autoclaves for all of our equipment.

Credit Card, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Effective March 1, 2023
We require a credit card number to hold all appointments longer than 15 minutes.
Single services require a minimum of 24-hour notice of changes or cancellations.
We require a minimum of 48-hour notice for changes or cancellations of bookings of two or more services, and a minimum of 72-hour notice for changes or cancellations of bookings of large groups and corporate bookings.
50% of the total service fee + tax will be charged to your credit card on file for cancellations with less notice. For appointments that the client does not show up for, 100% of the total service fee + tax will be charged to your credit card.
However, we understand that emergencies do arise, and we will try accommodating you in any way we can.
Product Return Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on any products purchased. All sales are final.
Gift Card Policy
We treat our gift cards as cash. If lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged, we cannot replace them. Gift Cards/Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Soma Gift Card/Certificate purchases are final and non-refundable.
Arriving Early
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to make sure you have enough time to fill out any paperwork that may be required for your service.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so our next clients are not delayed.
Gratuities
Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our clients. As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the client’s satisfaction. Unless noted, gift certificates for treatments and/or packages do not include gratuities.
Child Care
The salon and spa is not appropriate for children under 12. Children must be receiving services and accompanied by a parent if present.
