Terms & Conditions
Membership privileges can be used at all three locations in Regina.
Cannot be combined with any other offers and already-discounted products and services.
Membership discounts and offers are not valid on gift card/certificate purchases.
Members must have a valid credit card on file.
Birthday’s Selective Service Offer is valid 15 days before and 15 days after the member’s birthday; pre-booking is required.
Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Memberships cannot be frozen.
Annual and Monthly Memberships are automatically renewed on the anniversary date.
Monthly membership continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated. The membership may be terminated by the member with a 30-day written notice. The membership program will be terminated 30 days from the receipt of written notice. The minimum, non-cancellable term requirement for a monthly membership is six (6) months. Your credit card will be charged on the same day each month.
Annual membership continues annually until terminated. The membership may be terminated by the member with a 60-day written notice before the anniversary date. Your credit card will be charged annually on the anniversary date.
Soma Salon & Spa reserves the right to cancel the membership if any of the terms and conditions of this agreement are not met. In such event, the refund will be probated for the number of days remaining in the membership term.
