Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone therapy combines massage techniques with the thermal benefits of heated volcanic stones. Water heated basalt stones are used for their excellent heat retention. The direct heat of the stones helps to increase circulation to the tissue which helps reduce muscle tightness, stress and tension, promote relaxation, and help relieve pain. Our Registered Massage Therapists have been trained in an Ancient form of Alternative medicine and place vacuum cups on your skin for a few minutes or move cups on tense muscles for Myofascial release.
